I have done three different transactions with this office. Unfortunately, the office seems very inefficient and on top of that the staff is typically unfriendly and unhelpful (excluding Keta and Angela - they were helpful). In addition, their fees are typically on the higher side. I feel bad for the employees as they are probably overworked and underpaid leading to the bad service.
